Refunds are available within 24 hours of purchase if the item hasn't been used. Please contact support with your transaction ID.
Submit a ban appeal through our Discord server or use the contact form above with the subject "Ban Appeal". Include your in-game name and reason for the ban.
Name changes can be purchased in-game or through our store. Contact an admin in-game or create a support ticket for assistance.
